Survey Findings: Homeowners with a siding preference:

• 59% preferred brick

• 37% chose vinyl

• 19% selected stucco

• 14% stated fiber cement/ composite

• 11% other

Harris Interactive® did a Siding Preferences study for Boral Bricks in October 2009 via its QuickQuerySM online omnibus service. They Interviewed a nationwide sample of 2,073 U.S. adults aged 18 years and up, of which 1,456 were homeowners. Sponsor not identified to surveyed parties.

So, it looks like brick is a great way to increase curb appeal & value! People are looking for durability, low maintenance and lasting value. Keeping an eye to future re-sale value is always a good idea when renovating or choosing a new home. I'm here to help if needed, just call. :-)
